Quick update!

It's been forever since I have typed a blog! ugh..what is wrong with me?! lol Been a little busy. We took Chloe for her 3 month pictures this past weekend. We did some family pictures too. They really turned out good! For Sears, i thought they were pretty good. We just got a new computer, which is what I am on right now so I cant post any pictures until we transfer them over.

This new computer is great! We got an HP touchsmart. Its a 22 inch touchscreen. It has a cordless keyboard and mouse too if you don't want to type in the screen. It's also a TV, pretty neat stuff! It has a web cam too so we are going to be using skype to talk to family..etc.

We took Chloe to the beach too this past weekend. She absolutely loved it! She loved looking down at her feet in the water. She was kicking her legs around and making the water splash. I will also post pictures from that too.

Nate is in the process of looking for a job down in Boston..(at Liberty Mutual) Once he gets a job down there we will be putting our house on the market and looking for a home down near Boston! I am getting excited! We hope to get a newer home that is a decent size.

Well, that's all for now. I will update again soon and post some pictures!

Chloe turned 3 months old on Saturday! She had her 3 month check-up on Friday. She was 11 pounds 8 ounces and 25 inches tall! 30% for her weight and 95% for her height! She is rolling over all the time now, is cooing and giggling. So cute! She is also sleeping 7-8 hours everynight...knock on wood ;) We are going next Sunday for some 3 month pictures.

Our Trip to NY

We are back and finally settled from our nice trip out to NY. The road trip was very enjoyable. We went the "back" route this time, through Vermont and NH. It was nice going this way because if we needed to stop right away to feed or change Chloe, we could stop anyplace. Where as if we went the highway, it's not very safe to pull over when cars are going 70+ mph. Chloe had a big blowout on the way to NY. Needed her whole outfit changed...etc. It took us about 11 hours because we stopped 3 times at about 1 hour + at a time. Chloe did so good, she slept probably 80% of the time. Here is a picture of her in her seat on the trip.

Chloe got to meet more family!

Our first "big" trip with Chloe

Tomorrow we are off our our first big road trip to Corning with little Miss Chloe. We are excited to see family and friends and introduce them to Chloe. We are going to take a scenic route this time through New Hampshire and Vermont. We have never went this way, but we are looking forward to the scenery. We figure it will be a lot easier stopping with Chloe then on the major highway, where you might drive several miles to get to an exit.

We will post pics and things when we get back home next weekend!! Happy Summer :)

Chloe's 2 months old!!!

Yesterday Chloe had her 2 month well baby checkup. She is growing like a weed!! She weighed 9 pounds 13 ounces, 23 1/4 inches long! So that means she has gained 3 pounds, and is 3 inches longer since birth!! She is in the 30% for weight and 80% for height! Dr. Brooks said Chloe looked good and healthy. She was smiling and cooing to the Dr. So cute! Dr. Brooks is a mother of 8 children and she said she has always wanted a red headed baby. She said red hair runs on her side of the family but not her husbands. Red hair is a recessive gene, which means both the Mom and Dad have to carry the gene. I found that pretty interesting.
We have decided to not give Chloe any vaccinations right now. We have been doing a little research on them and just are not comfortable with all the junk that are in all of these vaccines. We have been reading The Vaccine Book by Robert sears.

Chloe is changing everyday! She is smiling all the time now, cooing and trying to talk. She has rolled over twice during tummy time. She is starting to swat and try and grab things. We have been doing some baby yoga and she loves that!
