Anyone have any good crockpot recipes? It's been so hot lately, I want to get my crockpot out and cook with that. its just too hot to turn the stove/oven on. I have a few good things that I make in the crockpot, but I'm looking for new ideas!!!??

there's lots of recipes on the web, but i tend to do a roast with potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, etc. seasoning and let it just cook 4-6 horus until done. pulled pork is good in there. you can also put a small roasting chicken in there. or grill =) grilling is great when you don't want the oven on.
